Agency is a women-owned small business and certified DBE/ WBE Practice led by partners Gina Ford and Brie Hensold. For Agency, landscape architecture and urban planning are tools to address the most challenging issues of our society by partnering meaningfully with communities, welcoming many voices and hands to the process, and seeking outcomes that are deeply connected to history and culture.

Agency’s work is rooted in the belief that diversity and inclusion are foundational to our collective experience of place, particularly in the public spaces, parks and streets of American cities.
